1. Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: Yes, we accept purchase orders. You can fax all purchase orders to 866-239-4834. If we need additional information we will contact you and request it. Education, Government, and Fortune 1000 corporations usually take little or no time to validate. Pleae include the name of the company, contact name and number, ship and bill to information, either the Officetronics item number/product name/manufacture part number, and the correct shipping and handling charges/price of the items on the PO.
2. Q: Is there tax on my order?
A: There is no sales tax on all orders delivering outside of California. All California deliveries will be charged a 8.25% sales tax unless the items are for resale or you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt you must fax over a tax exempt form or your signed reseller certificate. Please let the customer service rep know before the order that you are tax exempt.
3. Q: Can I request a quote?
A: Yes, if you need a quote you can request it by filling out our contact form in our contact page or email us. Let us know if you want one faxed or emailed.
4. Q: How long does it take get my products?
A: PROCESSING TIME:
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take 24 to 48 hours (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States.
UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
5. Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on the order you want check status on. On the bottom of the Order Information page it will show you the status of your order.

A: Yes, everything that we sell is brand new and factory fresh unless stated otherwise.
9. Q: Why are your prices different from those listed on pricegrabber, shopping, bizrate.com?
A: Our prices update often, and pricegrabber and our other advertising sites take 24 to 48 hours to update.
10. Q: How do I claim a rebate?
A: All rebate information and questions must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. We do not get involved with rebates and cannot guarantee any rebate validations.
11. Q: What do I do if my product becomes defective?
A: All warranties are with the manufacturer. Technical problems and questions should be directed over to them first. The extended warranty allows you to have protection after your manufacturer warranty expires and for some of the products you can also purchase the onsite warranty add-on which will be a lot more convenient for you.
