Requests for refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of the original Ship Date. The package must not be opened in order to qualify for refund on your returned item. Items that are opened cannot be returned for refund. Requests for repairs/defects will only be accepted within the 14 days from the shipment date will be addressed with the manufacture on your behalf. Please remember that any manufacture defect will need to be addressed with the manufacture, and resolution will be provided according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty policies. Any requests after the 14 day period will have to be addressed with the manufacturer. Any other exceptions will be in product description.
If you have items missing from your shipment, received the wrong items, or your package was lost/damaged during transit, please contact Officetronics within 48 hrs of receipt/notice.
We will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) with detailed instructions on returning a product, if approved. The RMA# will only be valid for 7 days. Please mark this RMA# on the outside of your return label package and mail the package within this 7 day period. We will also specify the address you should direct your return package to in the email. Please be aware that your return will not be processed if you direct your return package to Officetronics warehouse or without a valid RMA# marked on the return package, as the return center is only given notification of the RMA#s and no names or order numbers will be given to them.
All Software, Gift Certificates, Clearance Items, Applied Discounts, Open Box items, OEM equipment, defective units, Custom Duties and Taxes, and Shipping and Handling Fees are NON- REFUNDABLE.
The product(s) for return must be in new condition in the original packaging with no missing parts (components, user manual, ect.). A 20% restocking charge will be applied on all valid returns. If the original heat sealed or shrink wrapped/manufacture packaging is opened/compromised, the item will be either refused and sent back at customers expense, or a restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied.
Refunds are only given to items that have not been opened.
