Orders are shipped F.O.B. Factory with delivery during regular business hours.

Free Shipping Dock to Dock: All file cabinets and safes ship free if the customer has a raised dock where the freight company can unload the item(s). If the delivery location does not have a dock but you have a forklift this is sufficient to receive the free shipping. The customer is responsible for removing product from the truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to get it off the truck restocking fee, freight fees, re-delivery and re-consignment fees will be charged. This option should be chosen with care.

Lift Gate Service: This is required if you do not have a dock or forklift. The freight company will use a truck equipped with a lift gate to drop off the item(s). You will be responsible for bringing it inside.

Inside Delivery: This service includes the delivery and installation. The freight company will bring the item(s) inside and install it in the desired location. This includes uncartoning, removal of debris and set up. Up to 3 steps/stairs and/or elevator included. If there are more steps/stairs we will have to get quote from the freight company. Please let us know prior to shipping to avoid re-delivery charges. The freight company will need to bring special equipment.

Residential Deliveries: For some heavy items the freight companies charge an additional $75 for residential deliveries. We will contact you if your order requires the fee.

Other Charges: May apply if circumstances outside a normal delivery arise. Please notify us prior to shipping if there are special circumstances for delivery so that we may have equipment ready if needed.


For Fastest Service On Delivery:

1) Please INSPECT the product at the time of delivery.

2) Any damage should be noted, whether it's a hole in the side or a torn bit of packaging it should be noted with the driver and they should write it on their notes.

3) If you do not want the product in the way it was received you have the right to refuse it. All we ask is that you note why you refused it I.E. it looks as though a fork lift hit the front and you know you will not keep it for any amount of money, just note the damage and refuse it. We can enter the replacement right away in most cases.

4) Finally, if there is ever a problem while the drivers there or after the fact, call us immediately. We want you to be satisfied and the shipping done as painless as possible.
