Orders are shipped F.O.B. Factory with delivery during regular business hours.

Free Shipping Dock to Dock: All file cabinets and safes ship free if the customer has a raised dock where the freight company can unload the item(s). If the delivery location does not have a dock but you have a forklift this is sufficient to receive the free shipping. The customer is responsible for removing product from the truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to get it off the truck restocking fee, freight fees, re-delivery and re-consignment fees will be charged. This option should be chosen with care.

Lift Gate Service: This is required if you do not have a dock or forklift. The freight company will use a truck equipped with a lift gate to drop off the item(s). You will be responsible for bringing it inside.

Inside Delivery: The LTL carrier will deliver and unload to curbside by liftgate or man lift and deliver to inside location just over threshold. Carrier will not deliver to room of choice, go up stairs, unpack or remove pallet and dunnage. Please choose White Glove Service if you need additional help.

White Glove Service: This is a service that includes the full service carrier moving the product from trailer to ground by liftgate, move safe inside to a designated room, unpack and locate safe. Removal/movement of doors, railings, furniture nor movements which could damage product or property are NOT included. Service includes up to two flight of stairs, 10 steps per flight. If more we will need to get a special quote.

Other Charges: May apply if circumstances outside a normal delivery arise. Please notify us prior to shipping if there are special circumstances for delivery so that we may have equipment ready if needed.


For Fastest Service On Delivery:

1) Please INSPECT the product at the time of delivery.

2) Any damage should be noted, whether it's a hole in the side or a torn bit of packaging it should be noted with the driver and they should write it on their notes.

3) If you do not want the product in the way it was received you have the right to refuse it. All we ask is that you note why you refused it I.E. it looks as though a fork lift hit the front and you know you will not keep it for any amount of money, just note the damage and refuse it. We can enter the replacement right away in most cases.

4) Finally, if there is ever a problem while the drivers there or after the fact, call us immediately. We want you to be satisfied and the shipping done as painless as possible.
