All Class 350º legal size drawers are 10.25" high x 15.12" wide x 20" deep inside (1.8 cu ft) and are slotted to allow the consumer the conenient flexibility of using either legal, A-4, folio, or letter size hanging file folders. Hanging folder bars are included as a standard feature.

Insulite™ is cleaner and lighter weight than insulation used by competitors, and it does not absorb water. This directly prevents contact of water to your files through decomposed insulation in the event of water damage. Going back to our inner steel jacket, further water damage is prevented to consecutive drawers, even if one drawer is left open. Each drawer and its steel liner combine to make individual vaults.

The average business fire in the United States burns at approximately 800°F for 20 minutes. Schwab's insulated files are Underwriters Laboratory (UL) classified to provide protection at temperatures reaching 1700°F during a one-hour test. The UL label is assurance that Schwab files have passed the test. The schwab label guarantees that the contents are safe.
Schwab uses Insulite insulation in every fire file. Insulite is the most efficient insulation on the market today and provides UL classified protection. Remember that thicker insulation does not mean better insulation. Insulite allows Schwab files to offer features like thinner walls, lighter weight and recessed handles without compromising fire protection.
Schwab files look great, too. The seamless construction of Schwab files has a much more attractive appearance than the old cap and sleeve method. Each beautiful exterior comes in a variety of pleasing colors which make them an attractive addition to any office.

9. All Class 350, legal-sized drawers are slotted for movable hanging frames to provide the convenient flexibility of using either legal-, A-4-, folio- or letter-sized hanging file folders.
10. Insulated, interlocking drawer labyrinths provide a tight seal for the drawers in the event of a fire.
11. Every Schwab file is U.L. Classified as either Fire Resistant or Fire and Impact Resistant. All files also carry an additional 11/2-hour manufacturer's certification.
