Benefits:
- Customer Service – customer service is
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with fully trained technicians. Call
anytime you incur a problem which may not be during normal business hours.
- Transferable – The value of your product has
now been enhanced because the service plan can be transferred if you sell
your product.
- Renewable – At the end of the term of your
contract you will have the opportunity to renew the plan for another term.
- Replacement Policy – If your product can not
be repaired, it will be replaced with product of equivalent or greater
value.
- Worldwide Service – Product taken overseas
will be covered by Warrantech (Repair Master) after the manufacturer’s
warranty.
- Service Centers Nationwide – Regardless of
where you take the product, or may move, there is a Warrantech (Repair
Master) factory authorized service center close by.
- Deductibles – None
- Limit on Number of Service Calls or Repairs
– None
- Fully Insured – through an insurance carrier
rated “Excellent” by A.M. Best. The service plan purchased would still be in
effect for the entire life of that contract in the event that Warrantech (RepairMaster)
or your dealer went out of business.

Terms & Conditions:
- Consumer use – all covered
- Commercial use – only covered for the
following applications: Schools, Churches, Government, Office/Boardroom
- Commercial use – not covered: Bars,
Restaurants, Sporting venues, Concert venues, Airports, Outdoor venues, POS
applications
- Alaska and Hawaii are covered as part of
domestic service.
- Puerto Rico is covered as part of
international service.
- There is no On-Site/In-Home Service for
International service. The unit has to be taken to an authorized service
center and you will be reimbursed for the charges by Warrantech (Repair
Master).
- Product Conditions covered:
- New and Open Box products are covered
under the standard warranty outlines.
- Refurbished and Repackaged products must
have a min of 90 days warranty from the manufacturer. Warrantech
(RepairMaster) warranty will begin on the 91st day after purchase.
- All plans must be registered. After
receiving your warranty package please register your plan online
(www.myrepairmaster.com) or over the phone (877-263-7403).
